I am writing this letter to endorse Peter and Patricia Clarke (Elite Access Realty) for use by CF members. I spent twenty five years in the military (PPCLI) and moved thru postings several times. Peter and Patricia were by far the best Realtors® I have dealt with. I chose Peter and Patricia because out of all the lawn "for sale" signs theirs had the most "sold."
From the first meeting I could tell they were highly motivated and very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. Peter presented a thorough plan for advertisement, open house's, current market value, local sales and much more.
Patricia gave our family insightful tips on staging of rooms and preparation for moving. The meetings were social and friendly, never rushed. From the first meeting it felt more like friends visiting than business.
Peter and Patricia were always respectful of your wishes, they listen to my families idea's on selling our home and ensured family time with our children was interrupted as little as possible. Throughout the sale of our home Peter and Patricia were always available and gave us good advice dealing with offers.
They dealt directly with other Realtors® and in the end managed the "bidding war" and very profitable sale of our home. A further service provided by Peter and Patricia (Elite Access Realty) was to find and interview a realtor for my house hunting trip. This was extremely beneficial. I was able to liaise with my new Realtor®, well before house hunting making it a very smooth process.
In closing, I would not hesitate to recommend Peter and Patricia to any family, friend or service member.

"We were living in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan when I was posted to Base Borden. After countless hours of research, we decided to go with Peter & Patricia Clarke from Elite Access Realty. They offered to go to each house that we were interested in on the MLS® and preview them for us. They took pictures, sent them to us and outlined all of the pros and cons with every home.
Peter was extremely truthful and down to earth. It felt like we were previewing houses with a friend and not someone working to make a commission. During our visits, Peter was quick to point out smalls details (good or bad), that we would have missed due to our inexperience in the Barrie housing market, making us aware of the cost of renovations and maintenance.
While we were discussing how much we should offer, Peter was on his lap top and found a technicality that would almost guarantee a much lower price then what we were going to initially offer. A few hours later he called us to tell us that it went through and we had just purchased our first house!
